single individual had owned a successful
business in Florida for 5 years. Hurricane losses resulted in the
business failing. Borrower has since found new employment in a related
field. Meanwhile, his home fell into foreclosure. We provided a $405,000

a 10% down payment, a 10% Seller 2nd mtg,
$11,000 Down Payment Assistance from the city (3rd
mtg), a 10% loan from her parents due on sale of her home (4th
mtg ). Broker can't find a lender who will make the loan.
